I would have you down to break 40 Al - after all you've got over a 1,00 posts now!
That should be enough to do it

The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

We have Nielson Hall from Bedford - a sub 30 min guy and after the Euro Cross Ben Lindsay has got to be in the mix for a sub 30 - after all he finished in front of a few of these guys at the Euro XC trials in Liverpool.

Weather permitting, I could see up to 10 UK males under 30 mins.
