i have just found out there is a charity football match at Bentham in honour of my Father in Law who passed away recently and I am expected to play at 2pm on the 28th so I will be rushing back after the 10k. hopefully i will be able to get the goalies job!!

I see the V suffix is doing him good!! Won't be far off a PB I guess but suspect he will be pushed down to at least a teens placing on Sunday. He's an all round class act.
His PB is 32:15 at last year's RV10K - he'll do well to make the top 20 on Sunday but may still get a PB.
Surely its Alty on the Roads.
