I very much doubt you'll be able to get a resole done, I tried to get a 315 resole, emailed Pete Bland, Inov8, pretty much any resoler you can think of. Nothing, all inov8 would say is the sole on the 280 can be replaced we don't seem to have the demand for the 315. However that was nearly 18 months ago so things may have changed. I'm sorry if that's no help or negative but I hope it can spare you some of the hassle I had.
the only ones that can be re soled with inov8 soles are the 290/280 i think. I enquired with inov8 before xmas

Half of the metal studs half fallen out of my 340's great shoes though.
i wondered about a pair of them for this time of year, in hindsight i am beginning to wish i had a set for the peaty bogs round er..
