I've just put another 60 photo's from Phil on my website www.dk10k.co.uk
The results are also on there. I have another 120 photo's from Phil to upload yet.
I have just had an email from Dave Pinnington to say that 6 or 7 of them are coming to the Mortimer Forest from up Liverpool way. Alistair Tye is coming as well, so cameramen will be all over the route on Sunday. Let's see more of you there, it's a great race.

Great race and thankfully in pretty good conditions. Thoroughly enjoyed it (thereagain, I haven't yet done a race that I haven't). Not a bad result for me, but still must get quicker !

Thanks to the photographer who took the shot of me looking like death warmed up and to all the marshalls for freezing their bits off for the benefit of all of us runners - much appreciated.

Defo on again for next year.

Another fine Cracker.. Many thanks to the race organisers, marshalls and helpers for helping to make it such a memorable day. Thanks also to the photographers - you do a fine job!

High points of the race for this also ran were managing half a conversation on the way up Lawley, washing off legs afterwards in a stagnant cattle trough and knocking three minutes off last year's time.

I took some crap snaps on the way round which hopefully you can see via this link :-)

No worries.. you're legs aren't too bad either Geoff- i had plenty of opportunity to mull it over at Wasdale this year when you disappeared out the front door!

Nice to meet you too Nightingale.. see you next time? And Pedwar, my avatar dog, is no doubt a very handsome individual!

Great race, feels like the first time i've run NOT in the rain for weeks..
