Spot on Sparth. It's not just the GMAA, look at the SEL, if we lose any more venues we won't have a series.

I know that Middleton were looking at Alkrington Woods as a replacement for the loss of the course at Hopwood, but i think as a venue it had issues with access and suitable car parking etc.

So whilst there may be some great courses out there they need to tick all the other boxes too. It's a real problem isn't it?

Not sure where Alti could host any - Wouldn't be allowed Dunham Park - we hosted at the University Fields in 1995, but I understand the Uni wanted a huge fee for the hire of the changing room buildings! Unless we wanted to do 10 laps of John Leigh Park? What d'ya reckon Swoop?

Have we asked about Dunham Park. It would be quite good, 3 x 2 miles on the side where the obelisk is.
    Tatton would be another possibility.

Mr Chairman just popped round with some pics from Heaton Park. Looked a tad muddy and I have never seen the stream that full before!

Good Lord, I hope you aren't suggesting that those photographs have got out ...

What sort of a fee will ensure that they never see the light of day Brummy John?

No need to worry, we have strictly limited access to only folk who have an internet connection.
