    hydration sacks

anyone tried one of these fancy hydration packs like camel and north face do, wondered if they were any good for longer races or are they just a bit of a gimick? seen a few people wearing them at long races but never got round to asking if the are worth the 40 or 50 quid cost

    cheers

    Re: hydration sacks

I bought one from the Outdoor shop here in Leeds the other year and have used it a few times on longish runs. They are good, and if you can get one with a bit of luggage space then you can get in your waterproofs etc !!

Couldnt find the one I got but found this one http://mountainwarehouse.com/shop/pr...s_id/2110.html
    for £12.50 which seems a bargain !!!
If you cant change something, change the way you feel about it !
