    Wales is definately abroad ! I'm doing the long haul to Northern Ireland in April for the Spelga Skyline ( or whatever else they decide on ) in the Mournes.

    Going to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh in Jan for work - plenty of opportunity for "the runs" there

    Leeds Rhino, I went to Blue Mountains late 90s and it would be fantstic for trail running. "Ruined Castle" from Katoomba would be good and did an amazing walk too on a path cut into the valley side but can't remember details. YHA in Katoomba is ace

    Camp site at Katoomba is good too at least it was when i was there
