I assume you are a race organiser. Race organisers have received an additional Calendar at least since the time when Dave Jones was the Fixtures Secretary.
The additional Calendar used to be sent out in a separate mailing from the main membership mailing. However, this has now changed and I add the additional copy to the main mailing list!
