Ah, something to look forward to!!
I'll drag myself round somehow. Having being injured for the last 3½ months and facing at least another 2 weeks out, I fancy a good battle with you Danbert!!

I suppose as it's virtually on my doorstep I'd better make an effort this year!

I will not be drawn into your psychological mind games fellhell.

I'm a pure traditionalist and in my book cross country is done for the good of the team. Watch out team members i'm after a counter position in the 12 man this year.

I'll be happy to make top 1,000 having been 1192nd at Leeds in 2004 on my National debut and 1029th at Birmingham in 2005.

It's the 'Daddy' of domestic cross country running.

It's the ultimate goal on a runners winter calendar.

Ask Terry Nortley at your club about it Potto, he'll be able to tell you some stories of epic battles over the years.

Its been an ambition of mine to run the National, so keeping my fingers crossed as its fairly local.
Are the Alton Towers rides shut?

Alas the rides are closed. The Midland Champs were held there last year as a trial run and by all accounts went pretty well.
