They're dropping like flies at mine - I might be the only runner the way things are going.
Some of the young uns are doing this mamby-pamby indoors nonsense

It does seem strange though to put the U15/U17 indoors on the same weekend. Bound to hit the entries at both events.

Leeds is not flooded! Roundhay Park is soggy (although I haven't been round all the course)

(apart from Morpeth, Alty, Sale, Bingley.........roads flats would be better for you lot)

And Leeds isn't flooded. No way it could flood when its chock full of bloody cars...

Lots of running on a camber. So mega long spikes needed.

So, who's going to win tomorrow:
Well, I'd love to Andi take the hatrick, but i cant see it i'm afraid. the guy became a father only last week and I think his mind has been on other things. Top three defo. Tom Lancashire is another good candidate. I've seen him training over the past couple of weeks, and he is flying. Another good tip is Dave Webb. webb kept up with Jones for a lap and a half last year before dying- perhaps he's learnt his lesson and has been training harder. Jason ward is also racing well and will be up there, but i would watch out for anthony ford from blackpool- he had a flyer in edinburgh and could do it.
An outside bet is raven- but it all depends on how hard he goes off at the start.

    CTO prediction:
    Lancashire
    Ford
    Webb

Havent read that far in AW.
Id like to see Carly Needham do well- obviuosly some local tallent there. Hattie Dean will be a strong contender, and the durham girls will be up there too but i wouldnt be surprised if katie ingram has a good un too.
    We shall see.
