    I fully agree with earlier comments on what sounded like a great set of races. Perhaps we should see more downhill racing? I bet the speed merchants would love that.

    I remember on the Lantern Pike race hitting the downhill section on the road in the last mile or two. I don't think my legs have ever gone so fast in a race but it was great fun.

    ah I didn't know about these until someone mentioned them to me at the hangover hobble, can't wait to give them a try next year, bet they would make some fabulous photos too.

    Big thanks to Welsh Harrier for this weekends races (Saturday's Rosey Nosey and yesterday's Jubilee Plunge) they were great fun and it seemed to me that everybody really enjoyed them, and it was great to see all the junior runners/locals having a go .
