when they say prizes to all categories does that include U20s?
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

    cheers tomsk

I thought trawden was usually a wednesday...anyway i'm glad its a sunday, its one of my favourite races + it fits my schedule so i can do it now.
I see hendon brook has moved too. it won't be 'the hot one' anymore like it says on my t-shirt (that by coincidence i happen to be wearing).

Hi tomcee, yes the race used to b associated with the show, but now its not. A few runners this year asked if it could be moved to a weekend slot. As no association then we thought why not. Should get a bigger entry. Good luck.
