Julia Bradbury on TV tonight

For her many fell running fans , the ever lovely Julia is on the Rough Guide to Beaches at 7.30 on Channel 5 . Whilst i appreciate this isn't a fell running issue , it's rumoured that she met Joss Naylor on the beach lol

My favourite beaches,by the way, are at Arisaig,Scottish Highlands, and one in Donegal,Nth Ireland can't remember the name of it.

Got to say I once was at Millom and the beach there is super, but the one in the pic that I came across in the Algarve takes some beating.
