But will it get caught up in the frenzy by "must have" bidders who have no idea about its true value and will pay ridiculous sums of money for an eight page pamphet.
The booklet contains no bibliographical information or descriptive details about his remarkable runs.

When you were flogging it you described it as an "extraordinary rare book".
Now someone else is flogging it you diss it as an 8 page pamphlet with no bibliographical info or details of his runs.
Hmm.....
I obtained a photocopy of the original item on ebay from the seller.
I suspect that the buyer may have been rather disappointed with the content.

it to you
