I'm planning on going around the Anniversary Waltz on Friday the 1st of Feb starting at 19:30.

..only a week and a half back from a 3 months lay off.

done 7 hours in that time, so heres hoping....

And one week later I was out with a clubmate - I pulled a calf , and that was it. Not been able to run a mile since without serious pain. I discovered the problem - it was an ankle injury - which I was favouring by running on the outside of my foot and that was causing the calf and hip pain

Just managed to get moving again last week - so OK 2.5 months, not 3 but it feels like it was forever.
