    And if its the Bill I bumped into in Wasdale a while back, (and trotted round the Pike through to Beck Head,in sleet) then it doesnt surprise me. Always good to know theres someone crazier than me.

    I'd have thought you needed plenty of runs in the dark in winter

    I need plenty of runs alright but preferably in the light. Unlike you I struggle to see where I'm going. And the cost of batteries nowadays errs me toward daylight runs. Mind you I got loads of candles at Christmas so...

    Meeting at the parking by Chapel Bridge just south of Little town at 19:30 don't fancy running on the roads in the dark

    I could bring some sort of fishy snack for you instead of cake

    Hope its not as windy as yesterday, took an hour to get up Robinson, was blown backwards a few times approaching the summit.

    Mind you I must have been close to Jebbies time from the col to the top of Hindscarth nearlly blow past the summit and down the North ridge
