A gentle Highland Park to open the pallette, washed down by an obliging Oban before upping the ante with Bruichladdich, challenging that with a 16 yr Lagavulin and topping off with a 25 yr Talisker. Take a wild fling with some amazing Connemara before coming back down with a philosophical Jura whilst running great adventures of yore through the minds eye

Personally I prefer a stiff one after a bite to eat &/or as a nightcap.

    Regards,

    Max.

    P.S. Lagavulin 16 year old.

Sounds like a wonderful ramble would never have thought of a little Jura to finish off. Might just tarry a whille at Bruichladdich.

Oi! Leave it out you! I'll have nowhere to run soon!

As it was, when I got back to Barden tower I saw this dog-faced cow-looking winged beast jumping on me car So I decked the begger and told him to go practice his fiddle elsewhere.

Mind, I had taken some of Wheeze's Talisker to give me courage (nice one Wheeze, tasted great on the top of Simon's Seat. Hope you enjoyed reciprocal Craggmore...!)

As I type, finishing off the last dregs from a bottle of 15y.o Linkwood; not bad at all. Not sure what is next, so many malts to choose from and so many marvelous flavours - something for every occasion
