The top 5 or 6 do yeah, but they have the biggest squads (although more internationals), but your likes of Middlesbrough and West Ham might play 5 or 6 cups games more than a lower league team so it's fairly even i reckon.
And then the top 5 or 6 probably play a completely different XI in the League Cup! And if you're Bolton in the UEFA as well!
