    Anlgezarke Amble

    Hi All,

    Is anyone doing this tommorow, Im enterted and going to walk the short route with a pal.

    The mrs is doing this with my mum and dad, I have to look after the dog, say hello if you see her.

    Well this was GORGEOUS! Sun out, lovely route - easy to follow and quite runnable. Well organised. Friendly faces - not too many forumites I recognised - saw NOUH briefly at start & finish. And meat & tatty stew afterwards with pickled red cabbage.... Just gorgeous!!!

    Sorry Socks,

    Im not sure who you are, you should have come over and said hello.

    I walked round the short route and enjoyed a fine selection of refreshments on route.

    Jogged the downhills and my knee is fine today, so happy

    Wake up Jamie its only pezzy knee injury, you will run again and no your fell runnig career is not going to be cut short. Paranoid freak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    (note to self, when ever I meet fellow forumites, do stop boring them and going on about injuries to them. (Poor fellshoeshuffler)).

    Thanks for the advice Ian, hope the aches gone

    Great event yesterday, must do more of these.
