    Hi Socks - i missed you as well and i was going to ask around...but, I read the start time to be 8.30 and by the time i'd got sorted, to my surprise everyone had gone! I was 8mins late. No problem though, it was a great feeling passing people for the first few miles. What fantasic weather. Will you be at the Trollers Trot?

    Not currently planning to do Troller's Trot - was going to use that weekend to start recces of the 100 (as in the Yoredale thread).

    This is comming up soon - Was meant to recce part of it this sunday with PACMAN but i dont want to make my ITB worse for the xmas on the fells - so i dont/wont have a clue of the route.

    Is it a run where you can get away with following the guy infront?

    Does anybody by chance have a route map?
