    Re: Shoes

For work I have some comfy Brasher shoes, well I am in mental health and they seem to have taken over from cords as the stock uniform (though I do have cords too, I am such a cliche!).

For life I wear chupples which you would probably call flip flops. Grew up in India so really not comfy in anything else.

On road and track round ours Saucony Jazz X, cheap, nothing fancy, great grip, does the job. For road racing Asics DS trainer.

What else do you want to know? You don't think I am straying into the fell and trail shoe minefield do you? However I currently run in Wave Harriers and Walsh PB Trainers.

    Well thats a thorough answer.

Actually not wear shoes now at all does that count too?

Not a fan of crocs, the name says it all, as in 'a croc of...'

SHE has some and if I slip them on they always seem to rub me. We have the same size feet and none of her other shoes hurt.

    Not the Elite version?

I like PB trainer and Mudclaw 270's, all others seem to cause me problems!

    Re: Shoes

Walsh PB Extreme or Inov 330 on the rough stuff
Mizuno Harriers for training and trail
    but
just bought a pair of Inov 320 to replace the Harriers

I only seem to get 300ish out of most shoes as I either smash the ball of the sole or the tops split. Thats the trouble with being a fat lad with square feet who runs on the forefoot.
