Sweated like a pig on my Cobden Cross hill climb last night. My daughter and I had a lovely view of the setting sun thought! Still faster than her on the climbs but can't get near her on the decents.

Sweating a bit out on the track on Tuesday night. Looks like could be a bit warmer tonight so might be vest weather.
Same with me last night, half zip was tied around the waist after a 1/4 mile, back on at the trig for the run back to the car
Been out with the dog walking for 40 mins or so. Boiling out and very humid

I spent the day sat in a chair beside a pond fishing, very pleasant in the sunshine.
Unfortunately reality hits tomorrow with 25 miles on the Black Mountains, might be s struggle!
