    I know from my point of view it would be great to have a re-print but i understand why there isn't one. I have said it elsewhere on the forum i sometimes feel i will be competing v60 before i find one and i'm 38 now. It certainly requires a lot of patience and late nights on the net just in case one pops up out of nowhere.

    Xrunner.

    I was talking to my captain last night at our presentation evening, and he said that he swears by a particular book.

    He said it covers what you should and shouldnt eat/drink and has training for schedules just about everything.

    I remember one thing he said...it suggests that you should only eat fruit in the morning...that should be a clue?
    I cant for the life of my think what its called, but the only clue i can give you is it may have had the word life in it. I think it may have been a female author....then again.

    No thats not it...dont remember the title actually having the word running in it.....but i head sara rowell's book is a good'un.
