Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.
Once Edale Skyline and Anniversary Waltz are out of the way I think I'll recce this one.
Fellrunner magazine this time has a summary of the race with tips and grid references. I always find it a bit of an ordeal getting parked at the end of Kentmere so worth bearing in mind.

I turned up for this race last year and enjoyed it very much. I was gonna do the same again
but have just noticed it's a championship event and is advance entry only.
Does anybody know if a postal entry at this late stage is worth the bother (closing date not for a few days yet) ie, is it full?
