Dietry advice

Anyone got any book or web suggestions for 'not when racing' nutritional advice. Im looking to strike a balance between what is recommended for someone who doesnt exercise (not me) and what is recommended for a bonafide Fellrunning athlete (also not me!)

So what Im looking for is a good source of information that can help me dial my dietry intake to my own personal needs!

Any ideas?

5 a day is currently what Im working with, although that 5 a day is consisting largely of chip butties beer and pizza
