Ha, ha - sounds like quite a funny scenario, you'll have to tell me who it was next time I see ye.

Will you be representing your home club in their home race in the next eagerly awaited, highly exciting BL@Mold??.............

Math, I hope to do the BL for my home club on their home race, but I'm also racing Black Combe for my fell club the day before so you may have a chance .

That stroppy racer is one of your clubmates .
I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.

Hmmh - having looked at last years results I think I can guess who it was, considering you had clearly been back for a while...

Good stuff - I'll try to stick to you like a tail in that BL, as per usual I'm sure I would of also done summit silly the day before..........!

    Forecast is lucky exciting.

50-60 mph winds, 80 mph gusts, sleet above 450m.

Recced Ras Yr Aran today, will put pics up later. 11 miles in length according to 3 Garmin 305's. Lovely run, loads of possible short cuts, but following the fence won't lose you too much, but there's one bypass of a false summit that especually on the descent will save you a bit. I found it hard going, just keeps on going, even on the final ridge.

Bit alarmed at how rocky it was so not definately doing it myself, will see how my arm feels over the next few weeks. the initial descent off the summit is as steep, but most of it is OK then.

Worth a recce just for the views that you just don't get to see in the day. Didn't seem any access issues.
