I did Border Harrier's Mike Douglas a disservice on another thread - he came 4th in the Mens race today ahead of Johnny Mellor.

Not much point looking at my place though - worst race of the season for me.
You did look a bit out of it on that 4th lap!
Still - 7 months to preapre for the next one
More worried about the three peaks!
Mind you I have been poorly for a couple of weeks which won't help.
