    Question Mourne Mountains

What map covers the route? Is there a 1:25,000?

Cheers all sorted now. We are renting some cottages in the area, about 20 of us heading over from North Wales so should be a good weekend, petty about having to go for a run though.

    Re: Mourne Mountains

Fleeter we were looking at staying at Tollymore Forest Park, not from Newcastle, I bet a fair few runners will stay there.

The YHA has been block booked as far as I know, not sure who buy but someone metioned that DPFR did it last year so you could see if they have a spare bed going?

We ended up renting 3 holiday cottages but are totally full now.

I'd look at booking soon as places were going fast when we were looking around.

The start is about 3 miles from where you are staying, but on the plus side the road at the end of the Tollymore Rd is the main rd out of Newcastle to where the race starts so you should be able to get someone to lift you!!

I would offer a lift but am away for the race!
