    Clwydian Hills from Moel Famau

I am thinking of using the Clwydian Hiils for my weekend training runs over the next month or so of a weekend is any particular route worth following? I Now Moel Famau pretty well but not ventured much further yet. Looking at doing 2 hour runs roughly.

Here's a couple of shorter ones, you'll probably know:

There's loads of tracks on the OS, I've ridden quite a lot on the MTB, most of which I reckon would be good runs. That reminds me...

Between Foel Fenlli and Moel y Parc you will find a most delightful ridge with good running, steep hills and splendid views. There are three roads crossing the ridge. You can park at Bwlch Penbarra (S end) or at either side of Moel Arthur. You can follow the ridge past the television mast at Moel y Parc. That N end of the ridge is very nice and less visited than the S end. You do not need to stay on the ridge, you can drop lower in many places and do circular routes.
