Helen,
How about...
I’ll tell you how I ran alone
Among tussock and heather
Long and steady I did go
Good running, light as a feather.
You told me how you ran alone
On crag and over stream
Ascending strong, descending quick
Creating time to dream.
We dreamt of sharing climbs and views
Sharing multiplies the pleasure
The force of nature heard us
Bringing us together.
Shared miles led us to discover
What fate meant us to do
I found the meaning in my life
The day I fell for you.
Hi
Thank you all for your replies, sorry for the delay in replying! Very much appreciate your ideas, several contenders there..........
We have found a fell race the day after the wedding very near to where we are getting married "Some you Win", but depends if we can politely escape!
thanks again
Helen
Frank Golden takes a fantastic photograph, see front cover of this years FRA Handbook, but not sure how far he travels or if weddings are his thing!
Visibility good except in Hill Fog
