What is a normal training week for a JUNIOR fell runner?

I would say hill reps have to be included,straight up straight down as quick as poss.Then it is probably just the same as x coutnry training,but there definitley has to be a hill session in there!
it depends how old you are really.
the main thing is to enjoy what you're doing so you're motivated to keep doing it! as long as you're doing one run on the hills a week that ought to be enough to help on the fells.
