    Enjoyed that today boys, even the weather stayed kind. Have enclosed a pretty graph to remind you of the rises. No OP tonight but the wife has aquired a very appealing bottle of Strongbow. Good luck for race day Murdoch.

    So you did sprint up the last bit of Whernside. The heart rate never lies. (I was having a picnic at the time obviously)

    Really enjoyed today, made better by good cafe and great pint. Murdoch will have no problems on the race, looked strong all the way round.

    Perhaps any 3 peakers that may be trotting round mid week in the coming weeks could post somthing here if they want any company. Only 45 mins drive up and I intend to get round a few times before April.
