I think its fairly good.
I haven't got it on me just now but I'm sure rougher lines aren't marked on it but in clear weather you'd spot them anyways ie coming off Scafell Pike and Great Gable.

Cheers, TBH I doubt a recce is that needed if 500 are running. But I wouldn't mind a trot around once just to get my head around it. One thing I realised during that GL3D thing is the lakes is full of traversing/bypassing trods, and it would be good to know a few of the main ones.
