    Re: Coledale

Another near perfect early summer day attracted 259 runners to Scotgate Caravan & Camping Site in Braithwaite, for the first weekend day running of this race in years. Rob Jebb was a man on a mission, finishing 40 seconds outside Simon Booth's record. Keswick's Pippa Jackson continued her winning streak, and took the ladies record in the process. Thanks to Scotgate and Mike & Hazel Robinson (organisers) and their team of helpers.

    Some results:

    1 Rob Jebb, Bingley, 1.12.07
    2 Chris Steele, 1.14.20
    3 Karl Gray, Calder V, 1.17.08
    4 Martin Mikkelson Barron, 1.17.35

A great race on yet another lovely Lakeland day. Thanks to all the organisers and marshals. Did number 145 ever turn up? He/she appeared to have got lost before the race even started
