not fully fit yet but having a go anyway, sent the form off this morning. Running as unattached but will be keen to join Lostock in the near future if thats OK?

Might have a dabble its pretty local would be rude not to.

For those of you that ran it last year there is a slight change in the course, when you get to the mast, you will follow the wall on the right hand side (Horwich boundary) to 2 lads rather than running along the road.
We wanted to do this last year, but UU asked us to run along the road, as there had been a lot of fires on the moors and they didn't want us disturbing the nesting birds.
