Looking for a running club

Not for me but, A friend has just moved to Southampton and need a running club. Any one out there know of one??

Ian, the clubs mentioned are both good, but if your friend is a fell runner, he might get on better with Hardley Runners (www.hardleyrunners.co.uk ) who have a few guys who do things like the KIMM, Saunders etc.

I was a member of Southampton Running Club when I lived there, between 1997 and 2000. I used to train and race very regularly with them. No doubt the club has changed since, but I know it remains very good.

Penistone Footpath Runners! No contest.
Not very green in terms of commute, but obviously THE first choice.
