Call in at horsforth Morrisons some time...if you like being snapped at by old biddies from the King Edward's estate. Jesus h Christ, I got so sick of verbal abuse propelled on a hurricane of tobacco fumes I moved all my shopping operations to the gem that is otley. God bless wharfedale.

I have to admit that almost all my shopping is at either our local Spar which actually stocks a good range of local produce, Chatsworth farm shop or Waitrose for the monthly bulk shop and occasionally Morrisons.

A big day tomorrow, my first "run" for two months.

To prepare, I decided to fuel properly, so went to The Bulls Head at Monyash and had a delicious Barnsley Chop with Mashed Potato, Red Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots and Broccoli.

All washed down with a couple of pints of What The Fox's Hat from the Churchend Brewery in Nuneaton.

Good luck with the run tomorrow, you are well fuelled, though possibly a 3rd pint would have relaxed the muscles more?
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.

    Thanks Moley.

Hey Travs, have you sampled any Churchend Brewery Ales as I'm sure that Nuneaton is in your neck of the woods?

Herring. With chilly and lemon and soy sauce. Pumpkin, kabocha, the Japanese one. Peas, broccoli. Bread. French merlot.

Alone with my wife, best cook ever, child out x sleepover.

Even watched a film, a beautiful mind, Russell Crowe on the true story of mathematician John Nash. Great story, good film.

Wedding Anniversary - looking forward to squash and carrot galette - then red fruit and passion fruit pavlova. Should be good.
