Brave man!
Slap up lunch of two sausages, egg and chips plus two slices of wholemeal toast. Lashings of salt, vinegar & brown sauce. Oh, and a couple o' campussinos to wash it all down....
....Hope there are no nutritionists out there reading this post!

Massive homemade Pizza now, with everything on
Bottle of Thatcher's Katy cider in fridge, but i will resist, cos i'm on nights

A step up from beetroot n cheese sarnies today,roasties,pork chops,roasted mushrooms n veg.
Got back last night after running to discover the in-laws had left me some leftovers: "Russian fish pie" (= salmon, herbs, egg & rice wrapped up in puff pastry). Very welcome at that time of night!
So far today I've had
One bowl of kellogs start
One BIG bowl of museli
One Banana
One bowl of rice pudding
One packet of crisps
and I'm still bloody staving
