    All i ate today was some porridge at 11am then some egg fried rice at 6pm and im just eataing two slices of toast

    2am feed. Spag Bol, bag of kettle chips, apple, orange, pot of tea. Porridge now before bed, will manage to do some training in between filling me face, promise

    Just taken delivery of some Clif bars, carrot cake flavour. Sampled one before i go out for a trot, bloody delicious, feel like staying here and scoffing the whole box

    Left over chinese tonight - chicken chow mein, noodles, bit o' rice and some satay. Yummy.

    Beef and red wine raviolli in tomato and chilli sauce, mixed salad and garlic bread. Carrott cake for pudding and anything the kids leave will be mine, oh yes it will be mine
    Wife has done too many skinless sausages so 4 going spare, not for long

    Leftover red lentil daal later for tea with mushroom rice, mango chutney and some very fiery mixed pickle.

    Getting to that time of the week when I need to think about washing the pots again.I've 5ive plates and 5ive dishes ,so is a case of buy some more or wash what i've got. Think i might get some metal ones someday so I can chuck them in the washing machine with me running gear.
