That's more like it! Wouldn't want you wasting away...those topless shots just wouldn't be the same if you were Merryskeleton.
Only one who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. -T.S.Eliot

    Re: Today's eating

    Yesterday:

Breakfast: Half a 230g Dairymilk with Turkish Delight Bar

Lunch: Footlong Meatball sub with full salad, can of fizzy Vimto, and a chocolate flapjack

Afternoon: Orange and 4 chocolate biscuits

Dinner: Potato Scallop from the Chippy, then went to Asda and got a chicken ceasar wrap, Some Cheese Bread, a Cumberland sausage from the deli counter, A tub of pinneaple Chunks, and 2 Super cookies White chocolate / Strawberry flavour.

Supper: Doritos with hint of Lime with Sour Cream Doritos dip.

    Today so far:

Cinnamon and Raisin bagel with butter and jam
1 Super Cookie with White chocolate and strawberry
75g Bag of Milk Chocolate Raisins.

Considering I had nothing to eat on Tuesday after 3pm apart from 1 1/2 bumper bags of doritos with dip, 6 cans of Red Stripe, 4 Mojito's, and numerous shots and alcopops I think I can safely say nobody has had a worse diet over the past few days than I. And I was so good a few weeks back when I was on Holiday! As of now no more unhealthy eating. Tmorrow's post will be a picture of health.

I REALLY REALLY am going off this forum. Spent most of yesterday evening at A&E having my foot X-ray'd having fallen off something in the gym then run 15 home 'cos it did'nt hurt that much - it does now. That was 6 o'clock, they told me to get a blood test this morning at 9 o'clock BUT nothing to eat and only water to drink until afterwards. Yesterday's tuna buttie at lunchtime is but a distant memory. Still 40 mins to go and the office biscuit tin may have to be locked away soon.

Just polished off a curry from the Flouch curry house, near Langsett. Fish biran, chicken madras, veg and chick pea side dishes plus chapatis. Magic.
