This lasts through Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

I then start adding cake, pizza and the odd mars bar to the mix for Thursday and Friday, with maybe bigger helpings too.

I then have max food outs at the weekend plus beer ...... of course.

If everyone can just not post here from Monday to Wednesday it would be most helpful
Stolly, I think that goes for most of us good intentions at the start of the week and as the week progresses the temptations are to good to resist.

Would love a piece of cake right now. Will have to make do with digestive biccies and a cuppa or should I go for some toast?

Flipping flip. I went out at lunchtime with every intention of buy an egg and cress sandwich from Tescos Express (£1.10) but instead ended up buying a swiss cheese, mustard and ham baguette, a chocolate caramel slice and a can of lemonade (£5.45) from Phillpotts

    Stopped the dribbling mind
