    Three ham sarnies at 4pm before the Flower Scar, two Swedish style meatball sarnies now, cos curry house is shut
    Roll on breakfast, may eat more tonight in secret
    Hills and Guinness!

    Tinned pilchard in tomato sauce sandwiches, natural yoghurt with honey, an orange, two ibuprofen for my knees, large mug Yorkshire tea (milk no sugar)

    06:00 - Muesli & yogurt, 09:00 - Porridge & sulatana's, 13:30 - home made lasagne, tonight ham, egg & chips in between 1 apple, 2 satsuma's & some home made cake.
    Plus some ibruprofen for my knee's

    Every sandwich shop in Ripponden is sold out, owner of chippy has gone fishing, shelves at Tesco's in Sowerby Bridge are empty, even the ladies underwear has gone

    Oh I love the day before a big weekend!

    Breakfast to lunch grazing
    Porridge
    2 slices of toast
    2 medium pork pies
    Couple of shortbread biscuits
    Piece of flapjack
    Couple of ginger men (small ones though)
    A Banana

    Lunch to tea grazing
    2 pasta meals, Chicken and bacon and spicy chicken
    A pork pie
    1 banana
    couple more shortbread biscuit
    Mueller Rice

    Thinking about tea though?

    I do not usually eat such an amount but weekend of "just add water" food means I am gonna stock up now.
