    World XC

Well done to those who ran at the world xc selection race today in Bath. The Greatest Descender, our very own Jason Ward, was 5th in the race and has just heard that he has been selected to represent GB in Kenya at the world XC. Congratulations Jason and the very best of luck at the race. (If you win the world xc, I will bare my arse on the town hall steps!!!!!!)

    I did it. I wasn't very good.
Had to have Friday off work sick so I probably shouldn't have started and I'm feeling like death this morning!
Not only was there no flat but there were a few rocks set into the ground for that authentic off-road experience.

No, not much point doing the race as I couldn't have five weeks off work to go anyway.

Erm. This is a fell running forum. For that reason the course can be considered panckae flat. There was also no mud worth mentioning, so I wasn't impressed in the slightest!
