    Training in the morning

Does anyone find that their knees for example hurt when the first wake up and go for a run in the morning. I find my knees stop hurting after a while.

THats what's he asking us about, if he knew he would not ask the question. Honestly fell runners. Who are you penguin anyway? At Lothersdale all I heard whenever I ran past spectators were people giving you abuse.

You sure they were not giving you abuse because you run like a waddling penguin?

Sorry I run like a Penguin or Penguin does?

Not sure what I run like but as I came through Ribblehead at the PPP the commentator announced " here comes Paul Smithson from Keighley with that distinctive unusual running style of his". What a b*****d!

I meant you and I guess I was right.

Not just distinctive but unsusual as well? It must be really "special". Will be making a note to look you out in future, if only for my own amusement.

Just need to be able to keep up with you first.
