Montrail in 6.5 or 7 (I'm prob a 7 in them)
Mizuno wave harrier 6.5
Addidas swoop size 7, errr,
New Balance terain knobbly thingys, don't know their sizing, 6.5 or 7?
Salomons in 7.....

I know they weren't on your list, but how about a pair of Inov-8 Mudclaw 270's - size 7? Worn about 3 times and a bit grubby from running through dry peaty stuff, but otherwise as new (ish).
