    Helped a bumble bee onto a daffodil yesterday, it was one of those black and dark orange ones and might have got trodden on where it had chosen to wake up.

    Lots of frogspawn in puddles in Cwm Orthin - Moelwyns. Was up there last week ticking off Welsh 2000' hills. Only 4 to do now (of 225), going to do Mynnedd Mawr to complete on my 65th Birthday hopefully.

    After an hours run this morning it was warm and sunny enough to sit out on the drive sunbathing for 15mins.

    A beautiful Brimstone fluttered by whilst I was on the allotment doing a bit of tidying up.

    First day of spring here is classified as when the (self-opening) greenhouse vent opens. With a soaring temperature inside in the midday sun, we achieved a good 6-7 inches of uplift this afternoon...
