    There's a little button that says insert image. So you can either actually upload it (in which case it needs to be teeny weeny) or you can link it from elsewhere in which case it can be bigger, but you need to have somewhere to put it (eg, photosharing site).

    I'll ask others who do this more than I do: is that right?
