Today's Wildlife Encounter

A long eared owl in a small copse not far from Helwith Bridge, while out running last night.

I have a Fox friend that wanders past work at around 3am, didn't see him last night though, must have had a hot date with some foxy vixen

Just got in from walking dogs,a barn owl hunting round the same field i was in,great to watch.

Not a thing out last night round the River Mersey. All watching some football game.

Heron, 2 swans, several moorhens all scattered by my daft lab on our morning walk by the river...she only wants to play but it never works!

Not today, but my last few runs in the evening I've been coming across a lot of deer. There seem to be 100's of them a lot more than I normally see?

A load of cows, some sheep, some lambs, 2 big dogs, 2 horses, a few swans and a posse of ducks on my way to work this morning.
