Did you film these? When out running and walking?
Did you film these? When out running and walking?
I just feel that many people can't reason the music with the film footage.
But then I knew that as I was editing.
I shall take note of your order.
The foxes and badgers I go to film specifically, usually when I'm trying to find fox cubs in the spring.
Most of the other stuff is when I'm out and about, or just looking out of the kitchen window - the sparrowhawk and the wood mouse for example. I always try to have the camcorder to hand.
Cheers brett
do you use a hide ?
Whilst out looking for fox cubs on the high fells of the Yorkshire Dales, last spring, I heard a sound that I couldn't identify, until I saw the badger action on the far side of the hanging valley I was lying in. A sow badger was moving a cub to a new sett. I'm not sure how long this had been going on for but the cub did appear tired, and kept on lagging behind. Eventually the new sett was reached, not before the cub was literally dragged by the scruff of its little neck down the steep fell side to its new home.
(due to poor sound quality there is no audio until the clip where the cub cries)

Nice video
We saw about 6 red deer crossing the A54 near the Cat and Fiddle road (near Buxton) today at about midday. Mainly adults, two with smallish antlers.
Tangled Buzzard
Hopefully it won't stray into managed grouse moor territory.

Excellent Andy. Can I ask how you work out the exposure for that shot? A spot meter surely wouldn't be able to pick up the Buzzard and turn the photo into a silhouette. Do you open up a couple of extra stops?
Urban fox plodding across a lawn near the Ouse just North of York at the weekend. It looked very healthy.
