Thought it is worth a mention if people are not busy this weekend. 5k run, 20k bike, 5k run, for Rosemere Cancer Foundation near Preston. The course is allegedley flat and on tarmac but they have less than 40 entrants. Am competing as well£20 all to charity.

Also, it is not a registered event (like mine) but hasn't really had the publicity. But the fact it is up against Chester Tri (it is on Sunday) explains the low numbers. I'll see if next year Ron McAndrew wants to change the date.
(Although for me it is ideal as not doing results this weekend!)
